Grelot Dental Group

I had a question about how my partial fit after having two temporary caps. I was given an appointment that day, taken in as soon as I arrived and given VIP service to fix the problem. The nurse was beyond nice and was determined to fix the problem ... which she did. I could not have been treated nicer or more professionally.

My experience with the Grelot Dental Group was very good! Very friendly personnel with beautiful smiles and I felt very welcome. Loved the Christian music playing in the Waiting Room! Hygienist was very thorough and did a good job cleaning my teeth! Dr. Sitz took his time explaining answers to questions thoroughly. My husband and I both agree our experience with everyone at the Grelot Dental Group was an excellent one.

My dental hygienist, Mary Katherine, caused me no discomfort; very friendly and put me at ease. Dr. Stine always very professional and puts me at ease, answers all my questions. The front desk personnel and insurance personnel provided good resources regarding dental insurance needs.

I was extremely pleased with my first visit from the initial telephone call to set the appointment to the final goodbye as I exited the building. Excellent service and outstanding care. Had the time of my life today gettin my teeth cleaned with Janna and getting to sit in on my sisters cleaning with Mary Catherine! Wonderful ladies! I couldn't stop laughing I was brought to tears! Amazing improvement! And as always Krysta was there and very helpful!

Everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease. Usually going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do, but the people here made me feel at ease with no stress at all.

All the staff at GD are great. I used to dress going to the dentist! Now, I can't wait. Great environment and relaxing atmosphere! Highly recommended!!

My teeth were cleaned by Janna today and she was great...gentle, thorough and wonderfully pleasant! She is extremely professional, reassuring and great sense of humor. I am a big advocate of excellent customer service and she is a winner in all categories. I hope she never leaves their offices.

The hygienists and dentist there are all friendly, professional, and you can tell they love what they do. During my procedure and my recovery I felt no pain at all. If you are nerves of the needle this is a place of no worries.

I was very surprised to find I had a different dental tech. I feel you should advise your customers of such changes before they arrive for the appointment. Jana did a fine job, no problem with her. It is just I had used Debra for nearly 20 years and I missed her.

I needed exam to determine issue with tooth pain. Got into sear To quickly, X-ray was done and Dr Steen diagnosed problem very professionally.

There were a lot of new faces, but all were very friendly and knew their job well. They were also informative about everything they were doing.

The cleaning I received today from Jana is the best I have ever had. The office personnel are so friendly and helpful.

I have been a long time patient at grelot dental. Over the last couple of years with the sale of the practice, there have been numerous changes in staff. Typically, this would deter me from returning. However, i have yet to have a bad experience with any new staff. Have had the pleasure of meeting both new doctors in the practice. Dr. Steen and Dr. Sitz are both friendly and professional. I have had extensive work done by Dr.Sitz- all was a pleasant experience. Mary Katherine did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth today. I will continue to be a loyal Grelot Dental patient and recommend to others!

Getting my dental needs taken care of at Grelot Dental Group is always a pleasurable experience. Whether it is routine or emergent, I am always greeted with a friendly smile and caring environment. Nothing is left to chance by anyone, from the Doctors to the receptionists... everyone is there to see that your needs are met.

Yes I was nervous going in for my new crown. But I cannot say enough about my visit. Dr Steen put me at ease from the very start. He explained everything he was going to be doing and even distracted me enough that I forgot I was nervous. I had no discomfort and the procedure went very quickly.

Dr Sitz and his assistant took care of my problem of my problem in an efficient manor. Post procedure Haase been good. Pain has not been a problem.

Today was my first visit to Grelot Dental Group. The entire visit was like a breath of fresh air. Deborah, the hygienist was thorough and took time to explain to me her procedure. Although I have had every-six-month dental care for many years, I have not had such a thorough inspection and cleaning in over five years. Dr. Steen was very personable and impessed me with his knowledge and professionalism. He recommended services to me and provided the estimated cost. He referred me to a periodontist for a specialty opinion. He understood that as an older person I would not want to invest vast amounts on optional treatment. I look forward to my return visit next week.

I visited Grelot Dental for a cleaning after seeing rave reviews online. The reviews were accurate. I had the most pleasant experience. Debora is a FABULOUS hygienist. I will never go anywhere else!!!

Very good service and dental work was excellent

I will continue to recommend them to anyone needing a dentist. I have had a lot of work on my teeth, both here,in Florida, and from when I was younger. Everything was explained before it was done which was relaxing for me.

Debra has been my hygienist for more years than I can almost count and I think she's the greatest. Very professional, friendly and reassuring. The lady at reception who booked me in for treatment was very polite and efficient too.

Appointment was on time, no waiting. Work was very through. A good experience.

I have been going to this dental group for over 20 years and I have never considered seeing any other dental office. Group staff are always friendly and professional . Dental hygienist Debra is the best.

Grelot Dental is the number one place to go for great dental service! When entering the front door each person is greeted with a big smile and a friendly hello. Dr Steen always explains each procedure so thoroughly. Upon completion rest assured that you will be highly satisfied with long lasting results!

I had a root canal done and the procedure was a very good experience. Dr Steen is excellent........I did not even feel the dreaded shot to numb my mouth. Very pleased with my new dentist .............he also has a great personality.

My daughter and I really like the new doctor, very friendly and detail oriented. Our new dental hygienist was also great. Oh yea, the office staff was also great.

As someone who is weary and embarrassed to go to the dentist, I was pleasantly surprised by the staff at Grelot Dental Group. From the time I stepped foot in the office, I felt at home. When I went to the room to be seen, there was a sense of being comfortable with the down home nature of the staff. I'm in the military and I've been seen by many dentists all over the country and I can honestly say that I've never felt more comfortable than I did today. If you're considering them for your dental work, do it! You won't be disappointed!

The Staff and Dr. Sitz were very professional and helpful, in my having several crowns and dental cleanings done. Dr. Sitz is very careful and fully explains what dental work needs to be done, and how it will be done. I am very comfortable in using the Grelot Dental Group for my Dental needs. Good experience this morning getting first step of crown done. Staff and dental tech very courteous and polite.

My experience was great! I had a tooth extracted to prepare for a "4-tooth" bridge. Dr. Sitz and assistants were wonderful getting me through the work that I needed. The bridge looks terrific. I am grateful for the care I received.

This group of dental care has been my favorite for years. Great service, great people, and the best customer service ever. I'm proud to be a client of this group. Dr Miller (my doctor for years has retired) sad face. He was very nice.

My first two (2) experiences with the new group were been very positive and I look forward to another long term run with the new group.

The reception area is clean and comfortable. The front office staff are all very friendly, pleasant and helpful. I love my Hygienist, Debby. Dr. Riley and his Assistant were both gentle and kind. All in all I had a very pleasant experience even though my treatment required a lot of time.

Could not have asked for a better experience undergoing a procedure that was no fun at all except for the good service. Regina was excellent!

Dr. Pousson made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I also am confident in his ability to provide quality dental care. I feel sure he will be a great fit at Grelot Dental, and succeed in providing the standard of care created it's founders. He has some big shoes to fill (I was a loyal Dr. Miller patient), but I must admit, he is off to a great start. I will definitely be returning and recommending this practice to others.
